Please note:
  1. Beginning Jan.1, 2008 (travel date), mileage and international flight sectors accrued on UNI Air will count toward Evergreen Club membership upgrades and renewals.

  2. Please note that the mileage credits cannot be earned with the following tickets：
    (1)Various free or special offer tickets
    (2)Group tickets
    (3)Charter tickets
    (4)Infant tickets
    (5)Barter tickets

  3. As an Evergreen Club Member, you may choose to credit your mileage into either your Evergreen Club account or UNI club account. However, If you have selected one account, you are not allowed to transfer your mileage to another. Therefore, please present your Evergreen Club membership card at the airport check-in counter to ensure proper credit.

  4. Mileage Accumulation is based on the lower class of the actual ticket class and actual flown class.   Please kindly verify with airlines concerned regarding any exceptions.

  5. In the case of mileage earned on Kaohsiung-Ho Chi Minh code-shared flights, Evergreen Club members must make reservation on EVA Air's flight (BR2389/BR2390) and purchase EVA Air's tickets. For other routes, please refer to UNI Air's Web site at www.uniair.com.tw to query mileage credits for one of its flights.

  3. Mileage can not be credited into Continental Airlines frequent flyer program for EVA Air and All Nippon code-shared flights opoerated by All Nippon.

Please note:
  1. Members may nominate his/her Evergreen Club account when taking a scheduled flight operated by Continental(CO), including Continental Micronesia and Continental Express.

  2. On flights with Continental flight numbers operated by other airlines, Evergreen Club miles cannot be credited. However, mileage from Continental flights operated by EVA Air can be credited.

  3. Mileage credits may be earned with different ticket/booking classes.

  4. Mileage credits cannot be earned with the following tickets： 
    (1)Various free or special offer tickets, (such as free tickets, tickets with no face

    (5)Group tickets
    (6)VUSA (domestic American special offer tickets)
    (7)Special promotional tickets

  5. Member can only earn mileage credits for the same flight in one program. Once the mileage is credited into one airline's account, it is not permitted transferring to an account with another airlines.
